1. Eligibility

By using the platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Services

QyntroAI provides access to multiple AI chat, image, video, and voice generation models through a unified dashboard.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
  • Add or remove AI model integrations.
  • Update pricing or subscription structures.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

QyntroAI operates on a subscription model.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Pricing may change with prior notice.

Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

5. Credits System

QyntroAI uses a credit-based system:

  • Word Credits apply to AI chat generation.
  • Media Credits apply to image, video, and voice generation.

Credits reset according to your subscription plan. Unused credits may not roll over unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations or usage limits.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • Refund requests must comply with eligibility conditions.
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
  • Abuse of the refund policy may result in account suspension.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use QyntroAI to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights.
  • Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive materials.
  • Distribute malware or engage in hacking.
  • Generate content violating applicable laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

QyntroAI provides access to AI-generated outputs. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content.
  • We do not guarantee factual accuracy, reliability, or suitability.

Use AI-generated content at your own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit and generate, subject to applicable AI provider terms.

QyntroAI retains ownership of the platform, software, branding, infrastructure, and proprietary systems.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the platform without authorization.

10. Third-Party Services

QyntroAI integrates third-party AI model providers and services. We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party APIs or pricing
  • Downtime or outages caused by third-party systems
  • Third-party terms or policies

11. Data & Privacy

Your use of QyntroAI is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to data processing as described in that policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QyntroAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, business interruption, or AI-generated inaccuracies.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QyntroAI from claims arising out of your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or content you generate or distribute.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, access to the Services may be revoked.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of: India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
